O.O = 5Ds anime

So I have been getting alot of people asking me what to run for the next format.

Well , for starters .

You can review and survey how other people play or run decks to get a better idea on how the deck functions.

You can also, research on the decktype via mediums like forums , Youtube or even blogs on how certain decktypes are ran.


But today is my Rant on Yugioh 5Ds

How is it so far?

Abit bad.

Lets face it ,the season as of now is not going that well.

For one:

Team 5Ds never mentioned their reason for Entering the WRGP, maybe they could have hinted to unveiling the conspiracy of the Ghost bots and whatnot, but if so then why in a Tournament.

Wasn't that already done in Season 1 with the Fortune Cup?

Or even that GX Tournament in Season 2 of Yugioh GX? Or that Life draining one in Season 3???

What is up with this recurring theme?

Also, Yusei.........you may as well put this sign on him:

" Hi, I am a Main character, the writers will always write me to win, if I were to lose i'll just crash or break my D-Wheel , because thats what Riding duels were created for this Anime! Happy Face =D"

Also, I Promise you rage if the writers.......

EVER MAKE ANDORE A SIGNIER AND GIVE HIM SOME UNICORN FLYING DRAGON OF REMOVE MYSELF FROM PLAY TO WHAT NONSENSE EFFECT!!!!!

Seriously, I could bear his smug behavior in the earlier episodes, but his team mates.

Why does he team up with those Douchebags!!!

Seriously, I will Not be surprised if those 2 , Breo and John, Are actually using Andore for his Dueling Talents  and riding off the back on Success.

And Why do I not feel surprised if Team Unicorn used that " Coincidence test duel" Tactic on other teams when they were dueling in the Atlantic Cup?

I also feel the need to approach Another issue in the 5Ds Anime.

Season 1 5Ds: Jack and Aki are built to be strong Duelists, respectable in their own right.

Season 2: They are fodder for the Glory of Our Main Character Yusei.

I find myself rooting more for Aki and jack and anyone else than Yusei now.

Because we wanted him to Succeed in the Fortune Cup in Season 1 , now it feels like his done that and is going on a Main character god mode season, which feels really unfair to the other "Mains" like Jack, Aki and even Crow.

It reminds me of GX.

Ryo/Zane Trusdale ......One of my favorite GX Characters .

Season 1 : He is made as a Strong, worthy And respectable Duelist, you would watch his character and respect the way he stood by his code of Dueling.

Season 2 : Stuff happens and he falls into a pit of losing to the point where he freaks out in an underground duel and created the fusion monster that was key in Chimeratech OTK .


Also back to 5Ds.

They are not doing much with Luna/Lua , she feels to me like a " oh we are missing 1 D in 5Ds ? hey we are making some twins as side characters? lets make the girl a Signer because the boy is already getting his fun with Deformer/Morphtronics.

To be honest with you, I am not surprised if Andore loses his godlike Skill in a future season and come back as a side character.


10 Powers of A Main Character:

1) "Other " Main Characters ( Rivals, close friends.etc.) will be written to lose to you.

2) Only you can defeat the Final boss of the season

3) Should you are supposed to lose in 5Ds, your D-Wheel will malfunction for no reason or the Duel will be randomly halted ( Sherry's duel against Yusei) This is why Riding duels are around in 5Ds.

4) You are entitled to Making up your own crap to save your life in a duel.

5) You can have more Synchros or specail Monsters than any other character.

6) You are entitled to having 3 or more Duelist Packs around your cards, other characters only get 1.

7) You will be having every Series Running year's Starter deck have a cover card being one of your Monsters .
8) You will apparently care more about Friendship than the Main female character's chest size.

9) You will be able to defeat other characters who have stronger decktypes that what you current have thanks to the power of Plot device I mean Crimson dragon!

10) You appear in EVERY Episode, even in flashback episodes.



Also, I feel that Sherry is a better Batman character than Yusei.

In Season 1 , people have joked that Yusei was like Batman ( Parents killed , Mechanic , Fighter, silent behavior.)

He is still abit like Batman ( Figuring out that Team Unicorn tricked them. Which Batman would have done in the span of 1/4 of the same episode it happened in.)

However, I feel that Sherry is More of the Batman Character than Yusei ( Parents killed off cam by Laser gun fire. Fighter. Interrogation similar to that one Justice league episode with Batman, has that I do not Give a damn about myself attitude and most important, SHE HAS A BUTLER!)

Seriously , I would not be Surprised if Sherry replaces Crow or Luna/Lua as a Signer , her dragon can be Some Dragon from the Z-Zone.

I mean, its already been Established that the Dragon of a Signer could be different for each one.

Ok, lets get back to the present.

Jack : Fodder to build up Andore's " Skill"

Aki: Sacrificial Fodder from Andore's " I am Awesome" status

Yusei: If he wins, Andore will be seen probably talking about honour and blah blah, if Yusei loses then Team Unicorn will be like " It was all ..........part of the plan!!!"


And seriously ,

If Team 5Ds lose.

They will go something like.


" We will be dueling other teams and eventually face Team Unicorn again in the semi-finals and after we finally mastered the power of friendship and teamwork and bulls&^t . We will do the smart thing and put Yusei in the FRONTLINE because it is logically impossible for us to lose with a Main character.

THEORY : Andore was a Main character in an Unaired series of Yugioh called Yugioh Atlantis Cup or Yugioh: Team Unocorn.

IF Yusei wins AND wins the other 2 douches.

It means 2 things:

1) He is cheating abusing his Main character powers to call out Junk destroyer to wreck Andore.

2) Those 2 Douches he faces later on are Damn weak or just surrender after realizing that they boy toy Andore , the one they have been riding their success on, lost and therefore revealing them as phonys.

I can see Yusei winning those 2 in 1 Episode!


Also, if the ENTIRE WRGP Thing leads to:

Infinity trio vs Team 5Ds in the Finals

Infinity Emperors vs 3 of the 5 Dragons ( Maybe 4 if Luna/ Lua lends Yusei her Ancient Fairy dragon.)

Probably on some Infinity Shaped Track course too!


Yusei and Co. will master the power of teamwork. By putting Yusei at the front for EVERY Match they have. That way no other character gets enough Screen time .


Team Unicorn is smart, but the way they carry out their victory strategy is Ruthless and deceptive.

And to be honest, alot of people ( Myself included) are starting to hate Andore.

It is the way he delivers his lines, something in the tone and voice tells us that he is taunting the player to do better and when the player does do better they fall into his traps.

To be very honest with you, I want Team Unicorn to utterly lose terribly and maybe have some Random team from the Atlantic cup reveal Team Unicorn's atrocities to the point where the Team gets dishonorably Discharged in the Public eye, with Andore violently repelling and revealing his inner nature.

After all, he is running a Beast deck and we all know that in a Yugioh Anime, the deck tells us more about their personality.

Andore may have something to hide since his effects revolve around the Different Dimension and his Beasts.

Why?

You guys remember Season 1 of GX When the kind teacher was one of the Shadow Duelists? he used a D.D. Deck lol!


Sigh, I am not angry or pissed when I am typing this ,I am just abit irritated that we are into this major Plot point ( WRGP) And we are seeing the same thing over and over and over again .

It kinda makes me feel disappointed because the Yugioh Animes , especially 5Ds which is the current series, it is usually to give satisfaction to players of Yugioh , I mean the Anime has been special to people.
